Return Policy for Digital Products

Thank you for purchasing from SoftEnglish Global Ltd. We take pride in providing high-quality digital products and want to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Exceptions and refunds are outlined below.

  1. Refund Eligibility
    We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
  • Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using the product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, a refund for the duplicate purchase will be issued.
  • Incorrect Purchase: If you accidentally buy the wrong product and contact us within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been accessed or downloaded.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for changes in personal preference after purchase.
  • Downloaded or Accessed Products: If the product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Failure to Read Product Details: It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand the product description before purchasing.

  1. How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following details:
    • Your name and email address used for the purchase.
    • Order number and product name.
    • A brief explanation of the issue or reason for the refund request.
  3. Attach any relevant screenshots or documents that support your claim (e.g., proof of technical errors).

    Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

  1. Approved Refunds
    If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note:
  • Processing Fee: Refunds may be subject to a processing fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is the lowest, to cover administrative and transaction costs. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Currency Conversion or Bank Fees: If applicable, currency conversion fees or additional charges by your bank or payment provider are non-refundable.
